PROCESS OF SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS AND ARTICLES

• Create your account by identifying you on the platform (use your account if it is already created).

• Submit your abstract (300 words maximum), followed by 4 to 5 keywords in English via the system of '' Digital Submission’’.

• Specify the thematic session of your contribution among the 3 proposed sessions.

• Specify if you wish to present your communication in oral or poster form.

• The summary will be proofread and a decision of acceptance or refusal.

• Submissions will then be subject to an anonymous review process.

In case it becomes impossible to access the online link, please submit abstracts of your contribution in English, following the downloadable template here: "Word Template"  Send the abstract via the following email address: ICIRMN2023@gmail.com.

• Please name the Word file in the following format: topic...author's last name, and first name.

POSTERS FORMAT

• The posters are to be printed by the communicators, and to be displayed as soon as the conference opens.

• The location for hanging will be indicated at the reception.

ORAL PRESENTATION

• Total duration of the presentation: 20 minutes: including 5 minutes reserved for questions.
